Burglars break into Dunnellon home, steal rifle

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the public to identify three individuals who recently broke into a Dunnellon home and stole a rifle.

According to the sheriff’s office, the three suspects (pictured below) broke into a home in the 17000 block of SW 115th Lane in Dunnellon on Sunday, March 17.

After smashing a glass door at the home, the suspects allegedly began going through the victim’s belongings.

MCSO stated that the suspects were quickly interrupted by alarms, and they snatched a rifle belonging to the victim before fleeing from the home.

The three suspects then left the area in a white SUV.
