A new townhome development in southwest Ocala will celebrate its grand opening next week.
The Towns at Laurel Commons will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, February 22, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 8256 SW 67th Avenue.
Constructed by D.R. Horton, the new development features 1,458-square-foot, 2-story townhomes. Each residence includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage.
In addition, each home comes equipped with stainless-steel appliance packages, granite countertops, and ceramic tiles throughout the main living areas.
The Towns at Laurel Commons also features an amenity center with a pool and clubhouse.
According to the developer, each home has an “open concept downstairs” that includes an open kitchen and large family room, among other features. The second floor includes a laundry area in addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Next week’s grand opening event will feature small bites and refreshments, a $1,000 bonus card for agents in attendance, and an opportunity to network with members of the Ocala Metro Chamber and Economic Partnership.
